Cost & Tickets:

This event is put on by Frizzy Productions, a for profit business entity, that allows the freedom of the artist’s words and the ability to be paid for headliners that come to grace the stage. For that reason different level events and cost exist to be a part of this event. A standard event night without a headliner cost $5 to enter and watch or play. On the night that a headliner is in the building tickets will range from $10 and up to $40. We suggest that you follow and and be on the early release of things to catch the best deals.

If you or someone you know are an artist, whether it is singing, dancing, rapping, Rhythm & Blues, Poetry, Spoken Word, Short Shows & Acting, Singer & Songwriting, or even bands or musicians you might want to plug in now. We are having a stage and your opportunity to shine is coming, and that signup marketing and management has been assigned to the one and only. Don’t inbox me yet but just be prepared to submit for the opportunity shortly. This is a major collaboration brought to you by Dear Music, and it would be smart of you to go like and follow the things that are happening over there. Just tell that beautiful soul Victoria Franklin that Frizzy Sykes sent you.

Tomorrow – Martha Sykes a.k.a Mee-Maw returns from Florida and we start preparing for the best fish sandwiches to be sold for Mule Day! Also the plot is to have a small stage featuring some of those Po’ Boys and Poets; Nashville artist down to entertain. Did someone say Make Noise! Stay tuned to more information involving location of that event.

Also on tomorrow meeting with production team on another event. Stay tuned for more information coming from that end.

Wednesday brings the Spoken Word Workshop. Myself, Amy Jackson, and Morgan Christopher take our creative expressions into Harvest Hands Community Development Corp. to creatively provide positive guidance and life skills through the use of poetry and spoken word. It’s funny thinking back from day one to now and seeing the progress that we have made. ((Your love and support for this is needed. Stay tuned to see what it is that you can do to support this mission.))

Wednesday also brings Relaxed & Chilled by Frizzy Productions (Open Mic). This week there is going to be a bit of change added to the program. Change is going to include the following. Open Mic is only lasting for 1 hour. 7 to 8 pm. If you are not no time you will not get to share. Starting at 8pm we are going into a discussion period. It has been brought to my attention that they are interested in Frizzy and those running with me to be more involved to create true change in the community. I met with some amazing people that happen to work within the juvenile detention facility and are ready to act more than what we are doing. Discussion is going to be briefly on stating the problems that are being seen, talking about the many perspectives from those seeing them, but lastly devising the plan to act. I encourage those that are about the action to be present. This is a free event asking for donations if you have it. Nothing mandatory, but appreciated. Come out and be part of the change.

Thursday I don’t have anything on my schedule but my guy Mark Henes is over there cooking up something with Celebration Records LLC. If you know what I know you better stay ready. My man Tito Walker been laying low too. What are you planning???? I got to keep my eye on those two.

Friday brings a lot of noise! So much noise that the ladies have taken over hosting the show. Brea Breeea & Alexis Wolfe are guest hosting this show featuring Gwen Cee AnchoredinPoetree. We all about the support of our woman. If you don’t have anything on your plans come check out Po’ Boys and Poets March 22nd. Who am I fooling. If you do have anything on your plans, cancel them and come and check out this event. LOL! “Po’ Girls Make Noise”

Saturday I’ll probably be in recovery mode from all of the noise the day before. LOL!

Sunday brings you a Dwight Horton event The Strong Hold “Night of song, music, & poetry for gospel”. If you are in need of that beginning of the week push, come check out this event to prepare you for those battles to come. Tickets available online. Special Guest features Radiance Worldwide. Don’t miss this event.

My Interview With 963IMG.net

Click the photo to learn more about Frizzy

Just in case you missed the opportunity to know more about Frizzy, don’t worry. You can watch it again. I took the opportunity to go on the radio show S.P.I.T. (Spiritually Powered Inspirational Thoughts) with Patrick Thorpe and Sharon Corinthian on 963IMG.net

We touched on a couple of topics dealing with the justice system, and environments because clearly in a lot of my poems you will hear me mentioning things from my perspective in them. The pieces that I performed are titled; “I’m Sorry”, “Broken”, and “A Message To You”.

The pieces have a powerful meaning behind each one of them that you should be able to hear. I will not spoil it for you. Take the time to watch it yourself. Feel free to ask me any questions that you may have from the conversation that was carried on, or if you need anymore clarification on something that I answered. I’m an open book. I’m a man on a mission to get things right for us all. As you listen, please give me feedback.

If you are an artist that wants to be able to do the things that I do, plug into me. As time permits I will reach back to you and help where I can.

If you are a person that hears my words and they make you feel something that you want to talk more about. Don’t be scared. I’m a little different from these other artist. I make myself available for the people. To those who are plugged in to the things that I’m about and doing. THANK YOU for your support.

Sincerely,

Frank Frizzy Sykes

P.S. I’m aware that they switched my last name around. Accidents happen. LOL! Be blessed! To watch this video, press play below.
